These terms govern your use of mostlyrollies.com (the "Site"). The Site is the public information surface for Mostly Rollie's, a concept-stage product and a Cheekyleaf concept. By using the Site you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the Site.
Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice. Information on indications, dosing, contraindications, or clinical use is provided for general information and for prescribing clinicians' reference only. It is not a substitute for individual clinical assessment by a qualified healthcare practitioner. If you are considering treatment, speak to your clinician.
Mostly Rollie's is at concept stage. Nothing on this Site is an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, or a representation that the product is currently available. When the product becomes available, it will be available only through pharmacies on a prescription pathway under SAHPRA or equivalent regulatory frameworks. There will be no direct sale to patients outside that pathway.
The Site is intended for adults aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated from South Africa and the Site's information is presented in the context of the South African regulatory environment. If you access the Site from another jurisdiction you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to you.
Mostly Rollie's makes a deliberately narrow set of claims: harm reduction relative to unmeasured rolled joints, dose control, prescription rail, traceable provenance. It does not claim to be safe, to be a smoking-cessation aid, to be cancer-free, or to be suitable for anyone outside a prescription pathway. Statements on this Site should be read in that context. The brand name "Mostly Rollie's", the wordmark, the visual identity, and the editorial content of this Site are protected by copyright and trademark law. The Site links to and references the Cheekyleaf registry; Cheekyleaf maintains its own brand and content rights independently. You may quote short passages from this Site with attribution. Bulk reproduction, mirroring, or commercial use requires written permission.
Pack provenance pages on this Site (under /packs/<pack-id>) display data sourced from the Cheekyleaf registry at the time of page generation. Demonstration packs are clearly marked as such. The accuracy and currency of registry data are governed by Cheekyleaf's own terms.
This Site links to third-party sites including Cheekyleaf, regulator websites, and clinical references. We do not control the content of those sites and are not responsible for it.
