Mostly Rollie's pack — MR-01 Hout Bay Daybreak, 15% cannabis, Prescription Only

Prescription cannabis. Clean carrier. Pharmacy shelf.

In one line

A prescription-grade cigarette: a measured cannabis dose, an additive-free tobacco carrier, dispensed on the pharmacy rail.

Each stick carries between ten and twenty percent ground cannabis flower by mass, sitting in a tobacco carrier that has not met a synthetic pesticide or one of the six hundred additives a mass-market cigarette quietly relies on. The pack is dispensed through pharmacies on a prescription pathway, in a count and cadence the prescribing clinician decides. It is the format the patient already trusts to hold a ritual, the dose the clinician already writes, and the audit trail the regulator already asks for. Three things that have always belonged on the same product, finally on the same product.

Mostly Rollie's exists because most cannabis-tobacco mixing happens already. Off the books, with crop-sprayed leaf and a dose nobody is counting. The patient ends up their own pharmacist, and that is rarely where the responsibility should land. What we are doing is formalising what people already do, and pricing the dignity of it in.

Three pillars

Dose. Carrier. Rail.

Dose

Between ten and twenty percent ground cannabis flower per stick, formulated for the indication on the script. An anxiety blend leans on linalool, myrcene, and limonene, with a THC ceiling that does not move on you. The patient stops being their own regulator, which is the kindest thing the format can do.

Carrier

Tobacco that has not been crop-sprayed, has not been mixed with the six hundred additives a mass-market cigarette carries, and has not been treated with the ammonia chemistry that potentiates nicotine. The vehicle stops carrying poison the active never needed.

Rail

Dispensed through pharmacies on a prescription. Monthly allotment, audited supply, traceable strain. The same rail Europe already runs for medical cannabis, in the format the patient already knows how to hold.

Provenance

Every pack traces to its source.

Each pack carries a QR. Scan it, and you find the farm that grew the cannabis, the farm that grew the tobacco, the day each batch met a laboratory, and the numbers that came back. Two cultivars, two Certificates of Analysis, one product, one verifiable trail. Nothing hides.

Underneath this site sits Cheekyleaf, a neutral leaf-provenance registry open to any cultivator or grower who wants their leaf credentialed. Mostly Rollie's is the first commercial product riding it. It will not be the last.

The honest claim

Harm reduction. Dose control. Prescription rail.

Mostly Rollie's is not a quit-smoking product, and it is not safer overall than not smoking. Combustion harms the lungs regardless of what is burning, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. We will never market it to anyone outside a prescription pathway, and we will never make a safety claim we cannot defend in a lab.

What it does instead: it replaces a self-rolled, unmeasured, additive-loaded daily habit with a measured dose, a clean carrier, and an audit trail you can read at the counter. The patient stops being their own regulator. The cultivar that grew the cannabis gets paid through the registry. The grower whose clean leaf carries the active gets paid too. Three honest exchanges, where before there was one quiet transaction.

If you want to see what a patient or prescriber actually finds after scanning a Mostly Rollie's pack, the page below is the page their phone would land on. The numbers and the names are synthesised for the demonstration; production packs carry real laboratory COAs, sourced live from the Cheekyleaf registry, every time.
